What is Haze?
Haze fuses the tropes of looping tape machine, glitched digital buffer, and sample juggler into a distinctive aesthetic.
What makes it unique?
Time fluidity. Haze wanders and drifts fearlessly as play and record heads drift out of sync. Suturing can be done mildly (OG on) or more aggressively (OG off).
What does the “Haze” knob do?
The namesake knob is a lo-fi lottery. Turning it away from noon increases the intensity of its effects. When turned counterclockwise, random jumps within the record buffer are introduced.
Is Haze a stereo effect?
Yes. Haze can output one or two channels of audio, either merged or independent. Listen in stereo or feed the two channels feed into separate sets of downstream effects.
Is Haze a delay effect?
It’s the strangest delay you’ll encounter. With Echo enabled and a single channel active, it can behave like a conventional echo. Add more channels, turn up Haze and introduce time instability, and it becomes something entirely different.
What’s the deal with that filter?
Yeah, it's ultra-liquid. Perfect for soft-focus distortion and shimmer.
